About Us
We talk about our history
After a working life in the kitchen and studying at the IES Manuel Antonio, Bea, our chef and manager, embarked on this adventure with great enthusiasm, one in which to put all her experience into practice with that passion and desire to innovate that represents her so much and which she brings to her dishes, which combine different cuisines, offering an exceptional culinary experience in keeping her Galician roots.
Our aim is combine exquisite flavours, fresh ingredients and attention to detail to ensure that every visit is memorable, creating a welcoming experience for our diners in our tapas bar.
We work with high quality local products, focusing on seasonal ingredients to guarantee freshness and authentic flavour in every dish we serve, striving to offer a variety of options to suit all tastes and preferences. In addition, our wine and drinks list is carefully selected to complement our dishes.
Not only do we care about the quality of the food, our staff is dedicated to providing a friendly, attentive and professional service to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit and enjoy your dining experience.
We look forward to the pleasure of serving you in our restaurant and delighting you with our exceptional cuisine!
Events
We hold exhibitions in our premises
In 2023 we have held two different art and craft exhibitions on the walls of our premises. The first one by Pilar González Mourín showed a selection of her works for a few months. On the Day of the Galician Letters, 17th May, we inaugurated “Other Seas”, an exhibition by Pimira combining different techniques to achieve truly incredible results.
We have also held a local market in collaboration with other bars in the Casco Vello such as Bar Princesa, Cosmos Café, Burla Negra and Cervecería Nós.
If you are interested in holding an exhibition or event in our premises please contact us.
